Dr. Katerina Anastasaki earned her degree in Dentistry (D.D.S.) in 2018 from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
After graduation, she spent two years collaborating with leading specialists in Prosthodontics, Endodontics, and Oral Surgery in both Greece and Canada.
In 2020, Katerina was accepted into the Advanced Education in Prosthodontics program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, one of the top five health universities in the United States.
After three years of intensive clinical and theoretical training, she earned both her Prosthodontics degree and a Master of Science degree.
During her studies, she served as chief resident, received the annual scholarship for the most productive resident, and completed her master’s degree in Implant Prosthodontics. Her postgraduate research was funded by a grant from BioHorizons.
As a resident, she gained extensive training in digital dentistry, implant design, and placement from leading dental companies such as Straumann, BioHorizons, 3Shape, Henry Schein, and Southern. This area has since become the focus of her clinical practice.
Katerina has successfully passed the American Dental Licensing Exams and is licensed to practice dentistry in the United States. She regularly attends and participates in major Prosthodontics conferences in both Greece and the U.S.
Today, she has returned to Greece, where she works at Daras Dental Clinic, specializing in Prosthodontics, Digital Dentistry, Full Mouth Reconstructions, and Adhesive Dentistry.
Additionally, she serves as a scientific collaborator at the Dental School Clinic of the University of Athens and delivers lectures and hands-on training both in Greece and internationally.
